As part of this agreement, CAPG members will receive a discount off the Ventegra rate for services.

Ventegra is focused on the delivery of pharmaceutical discounts and services that make paramount both transparency and flexibility.

”Ventegra is the type of company that fits perfectly in supporting the delegated model of health care delivery that has been so successful in California. This partnership illustrates CAPG’s ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging health care environment by delivering innovative products and services to California’s medical groups,” says Rick Swanson, California Association of Physician Groups Vice President.

Ventegra President Bob Taketomo, Pharm.D, says, “Ventegra is very proud of our new association with CAPG, widely revered as a hard working and value added organization to California-based medical groups and their 59,000-strong physician members. We eagerly look forward to providing unsurpassed value to CAPG and its physician groups.”

Ventegrasm is the first infrastructure vendor operating as a Contracting Service Organization (CSO), offering an innovative solution for cost efficient pharmaceutical services that maximizes the benefits for payors, providers, and patients. Ventegra enables clients to manage their own pharmacy benefit program by offering an a la carte menu of services and programs from which to choose. Among the innovative programs offered include obtaining rebates on “specialty pharmacy” products, pharmaceutical products at true acquisition cost, delivery programs that address the challenge with injectable pharmaceuticals, and a web-based rebate system that allows full transparency. www.ventegra.NET.
