Chief Information Officer Named at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco
The Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco has appointed Ned Moran as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
Mr. Moran is responsible for ensuring that all information systems and services meet the Bank’s operational and strategic objectives. He has over 23 years of information technology experience in the financial services industry. Before joining the Bank in December 2008, Mr. Moran was the Managing Director and Chief Information Officer of Trust Company of the West (TCW), an international and diversified investment management firm with over $100 billion in assets under management. TCW is part of the French banking firm Société Générale. Prior to joining TCW in 1993, Mr. Moran held information technology positions with CS First Boston, Drexel Burnham Lambert, and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Moran received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco delivers low-cost funding and other services that help member financial institutions make home mortgages to people of all income levels and provide credit that supports neighborhoods and communities.
